KPIs are to be met among members to ensure the businesses are highly engaged in order to maintain membership. KPIs include messageing with business members, attending Ellect events, receiving reviews and achieving an above average ratings.

Customers (Corporates/Govt/Members) can submit request to quote to Members. The awarded provider will issue invoices from Ellect and the customer will pay here too.
